Questionnaire for audience research

FOR MY QUESTIONNAIRE I ASKED A FEW SIMPLE QUESTIONS TO GET FEEDBACK TO SEE WHAT PEOPLE WOULD BE LOOKING FOR IN A FOOD MAGAZINE

For example:

-age
-gender
-cooking experience & how often people cook
-types of cuisine they are interested in
-any dietary needs
-motivation to read the magazine
-themes people would want to see in the magazine

Now all that's needed is the results from people online.

Double page spread ideas

 For my double page spread, I'll make it more text oriented and add a few images in the background. as for the content of the text, I'll be talking about certain foods from different cultures and ethnicities, different chefs around the world, cooking equipment, and world famous restaurants that people may be obligated to visit one day.

for the format I'll still be looking for something more on the minimalistic side and not to heavy on images. I would want it to be more organized and not leave everything everywhere jumbled up as it would confuse the audience and they wouldn't know where to start from.

For my content page, I'll either use two pages to display the contents on one side and have a captivating image of a dish paired with the recipe and instructions on how to make the dish on the side

i could also use any of the ideas on the image given below but edit the style to make it look more appropriate for a food magazine

trip to Park inn

 My class for Btec hospitality went for a trip to Park inn hotel for different kinds of training such as housekeeping and working in the kitchen. Every chance i got to take photos of different foods and facilities they offer will be crucial, especially since presentation at hotels is very important when it comes to culinary practices.
